Corporate Health & Wellness

The last 18 months have had significant impact on corporate executives trying to balance workloads, remote worksites and a reliance on Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other platforms to communicate. The impact has been significant on our energy levels, and there has been a lack of focus on our overall health and wellness. This coupled with lack of social interaction has taken a significant toll on all of us. The stress level of managing the most significant challenge in my 35 years in business, namely the pandemic, created uncertainty, employee stress, market and financial pressures.

In August 2020, I decided to take charge and invested in a personal trainer at The Dome Red Deer. The results were amazing. Not only did I accomplish significant weight loss and body fat reduction, my mental strength and energy level have significantly improved. This step has enabled me to manage the stresses more effectively and in fact grow our business through remote consulting and training across Canada. This personal strength and conditioning training are an investment in my companies, my own well being and ultimately longevity.

I would like to especially thank Noah Welch, President/GM of The Dome and team for their guidance and input. Check out their philosophy and approach at www.thedomereddeer.com or arrange an in person tour.
